Shipping

How much is shipping?

We offer $9.95 two day shipping to the contiguous United States. All two day orders must be received before noon EST and are not eligible for weekend delivery.

Who will deliver my order?

We ship via FedEx to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.

How can I expedite my order?

To expedite shipment, place your order before 12:00PM EST and select two day shipping at checkout. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

To ship internationally, simply update your country during checkout.

Custom / Bespoke Orders

Can I return or exchange a custom / bespoke item?

Custom / bespoke items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

How much does custom / bespoke cost?

We charge a flat rate of 20% to add custom / bespoke service.

When will I receive my monogrammed order?

Please allow four to six weeks for delivery. All custom / bespoke items ship separately from other ordered items. Contact us at customerservice@fwordsgear.com if you wish to expedite  your custom / bespoke order.
